Authentic Dining in Negombo

The Flying Hamilton restaurant showcases classic Sri Lankan dishes and fusion cuisine.
Dining is an event. Breakfast and dinner feature live action cooking.
Each dish is made with freshly ingredients, aromatic herbs, and local spices.
The Flying Hamilton takes its name from the Hamilton Canal. For several hundred years, spice barges traveled along the canal that is next to the restaurant.
To make the cuisine approachable for all our guests, we do not cook with chilies.
